My 7 year old son had only been on a horse once before and was nervous about taking a long ride on open trails, but Bryan's wife spent lots of extra time getting him comfortable with the horse and educating him about how to ride. After a two hour ride into the mountains, he didn't want to get off!
An Amazing Place in a Convenient Location
Only an hour north of Boise with its international airport, the ranch and surrounding countryside looks and feels incredibly remote. We were able to use frequent flier miles to get to Boise on Delta from the East Coast, and rent a car at bargain rates for the short ride north. On the day of our arrival at the ranch Bryan was out dealing with the aftermath of a wolf strike on his cattle - this is the real deal! Instead of turning over your hard earned vacation dollars to a corporation, use them to have a great experience while helping to support a honest, hard working ranch family.
